Dear Con,
We will never forget the Sunday morning when we woke to discover our newly renovated basement under 6 inches of water. Sometime overnight the water hose was put into the window well and the water turned on. We called Con. He was over shortly and we gutted our basement. Within days our house was back to normal and our kids could sleep in their bedrooms and we could use the family room. With a family of 6 sharing bedrooms and bathrooms any time was too long. Our sewer backed up in the middle of the night and we called Crystal Clean. Con came out and helped us take all the water out of our basement. He also took time to help us carry everything out of the basement. He set up fans to dry up the walls. He took time to make sure that the walls were drying thoroughly. He also took time to discuss & recommend new carpets as we had to replace all of them. We would definitely recommend him.

Con installed a UV Light on our furnace in April and we can't believe the difference it has made in the air quality in our house. We sleep better and feel better.
